After we dropped Pete and Fi off we headed to Lidl to stock the van up. We couldn’t believe that there were people cued up to go in at 7 am!
John and I managed to get a park in the car park at the marina and plugged into power and did our washing … always a hassle in the van. The photo above is the marina where Mon Cheri is moored … fabulous marina!
Robyn and Terry joined us at noon and we headed to the pool and restaurant. Terry, John and I had a swim to cool off and we had lunch together.
We headed to the airport at 3 pm to drop Robyn and Terry off for their flight to London and then Australia the next day. Said our goodbyes … a great time had been had by all.
John and I were really exhausted but managed to drive an hour or so down the coast and ended up on a hilltop near a bus stop where we managed an hours sleep before going into a funny little grill house for a quick dinner. Too tired to cook.
The breeze kicked in and we had a great nights sleep with the wind whistling through the van.
