We were really just wandering around just north of the Cote d’Azure for a couple of days. We visited a beautiful Abby … spent a couple of hours there … unfortunately I can’t upload the photos.

At the end of our wanderings we came across a group of French tourists sitting in the church listening to their guide singing. The acoustics were amazing and it sounded fantastic.

We also visited a fabulous American War Memorial in Draguignan. It was actually run by the Americans still and was immaculate. Stunning green grass, beautiful white crosses and a lovely clean bright blue pool.

We couldn’t resist another night by the lake, so after we did the weekly washing we headed back to the lake for another swim for John and a peaceful night.
