We had a bit of a sleep in this morning and then headed in the direction of Lyon. It was a beautiful drive and a lovely clear summer’s day.

We are pushing a bit as we have to be at the farm tomorrow afternoon the meet the owners and then to Paris by Saturday afternoon.

We have driven past Lyon several times. I requested that we drive through so that we could at least see what it looked like. It is a lovely city … one that I very much would like to go back to and spend several days.
